Collection-Please arrive
at each visit prepared to pay your co pay prior to being treated.
Payment can be made in the form of CareCredit (see http://www.carecredit.com/ for details), Cash, Check, Postdated Check, or
Major Credit Card.
Auto pay service-For those of you who want to
pay for all of your co pays at the end of the week, we do offer our
Auto Pay service. This service would automatically deduct the amount of
all of your co pays accrued for the week from your checking account or
credit card on the last business day of the week. Please ask the Front
End Coordinator at the clinic where you are being treated or call our business office for information.
If you disagree with the
processing of your claims-If you
disagree with how a
claim was processed please contact your Insurance Company. We apply
payments and release balances to the patient's responsibility according
to how the insurance processes the claim in their office. We cannot
change how your Insurance Company processed a claim. If you feel there
was an error made you would need to speak to the Insurance Company to
have it reprocessed.
